Our paper on the genetic causes and genomic consequences of the transition from distyly to homostyly in Linum trigynum has been accepted for publication in Molecular Biology and Evolution. In the paper we present and analyze new genome assemblies as well as population genomic and expression data comparing the homostylous L. trigynum to its close distylous relative L. tenue.
