Our manuscript “Genomic signatures of sexual selection on pollen-expressed genes in Arabis alpina” is now available on bioRxiv as a preprint. In this manuscript we analyze whole-genome sequences of 228 A. alpina individuals from 13 populations with varying mating systems to test for genomic signatures of sexual selection on genes expressed in the male gametophyte. The study was led by Juanita Gutiérrez-Valencia, a PhD student in the Slotte lab.
